Enrollment Services in Brock Hall assists students with tuition payments, courses, requesting transcripts, and more. Recently, Enrollment Services adopted a new system to organize queues to manage wait times. They use digital signage to inform students of their place in the queue. The display is split into two regions, one half to show the waiting list and the other half to show instructions for how to add yourself to the queue. The digital signage software pulls content from a website which allows for real-time information to be displayed.
Outside of their regular operating hours, the signage system is scheduled to play general interest messaging.
